This week will be an exciting one. Now that Im the Quality Coordinator for NOV Mexicali, I have to train the new employees, so that is what Im doing right now, preparing all the training for tomorrow, it will be my first training as a Quality Coordinator, Im kinda nervous because all the managers are going to be there... but Im going to be prepared so I dont have to be... it's just the feeling of doing something new... I guess :S
